Sokolenko Anna – senior lecturer, engineer of the department.
She was born on October 23, 1990 in Kharkiv. In 2007 she entered Kharkiv National Economic University, which graduated from in 2013, received a master’s degree in tourism studies. In 2014 she entered PhD school at the Department of Human geography and regional studies. Since 2015 she has been a senior lecturer and engineer of department concurrently. She works on thesis on “Socio-geographic assessment of recreational resources of the region (illustrated by Kharkiv region).”

Scientific research workshop on human geography
Recreational geography with basics of excursion studies
Workshop on recreation and tourism
Scientific supervisor: Niemets Lyudmila, D.Sc., professor.
Research interests: recreational geography, local history, tourism geography, sustainable tourism.
