Theses defenses
The Specialized Scientific Council K.64.051.23 functioned at the K. Niemets Department of Human Geography and Regional Studies of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in 2009-2021, and it was the only Academic Council, where it was possible to defend thesis on specialty 11.00.02 – “Human Geography” in Eastern Ukraine.
The first cadence of the Specialized Academic Council K.64.051.23 at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University was created by the decision of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine No. 3-07 /2 dated May 27, 2009 with the right to accept and consider defense of theses for obtaining the degree of PhD in Geography in the specialty 11.00.02 – “Human Geography”.
By the order of the Attestation Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 15.03.2019 № 358 (with changes from 22.07.2020 № 946), the specialized academic council granted the right to hold the PhD theses defense in specialty 11.00.02 – “Human Geography” for the period till May 15, 2021 .The Specialized Academic Council:Head of the Council:
