The department holds monthly scientific and methodological seminars, at which graduate students, doctoral students, young lecturers and scientists report on the results of personal research. After the reports, they are actively discussed by their colleagues, critical comments and recommendations are made. Conducting seminars helps young scientists adjust scientific research and direct research in the right direction.

During the workshop, there is also an acquaintance with the latest scientific achievements in the field of HumanGeography, PhD thesis abstracts are analyzed, publications in collections of scientific papers and conferences are discussed.
